Preparation of the base, reinforcement and basement wall formwork.
Structural frame
Columns, beams and slabs gradually form the building.
Masonry
Spaces and openings take shape within the structural frame.
Building services
Electrical routes, plumbing connections, air ducts, and heating and cooling equipment.
Plastering & insulation
The envelope develops through plastering, external thermal insulation and roof waterproofing.
Underfloor heating
Heating circuits are documented before the subsequent floor layers cover them.
Finishes & outdoor spaces
Windows, suspended ceilings, exterior surfaces and the final pool works.
Aluminium frames
Frame installation and its final relationship with openings, shading and interior spaces.
Balcony railings
Glass balustrades and metalwork completing the balconies.
Staircases & marble cladding
Internal staircase finishes, marble treads, landings and the details of the completed space.
Lift
The lift landing door during installation and after the surrounding finishes are completed.
Bathrooms
Wall finishes, sanitaryware, vanities, shower screens and lighting in the finished bathrooms.
Kitchens
From cabinetry and appliance installation to the completed kitchen and dining space.
Wardrobes & joinery
Built-in wardrobes: interior organisation, storage and completed fronts.
