The project
The intervention on an existing two-storey residence combines strengthening of the reinforced-concrete structure with the addition of new floors, transforming it into a contemporary luxury apartment building with a pool. The project began in 2025 and is in progress, with Aenarcon holding integrated technical responsibility.
