Aenarcon is a well established multidisciplinary team of consultant engineers across all aspects of Construction and Technical Projects.

 

Since 2004, when we took over the first contract, we have succesfully delivered a variety of Projects, ranging from Villas, Residential Buildings to Commercial buildings.and Renewable Energy projects.

 

In 2015, we intorduced an online approach for delivering Design Consultuncy Services aiming at Markets that run under EU Codes Framework.

 

We are a group of highly qualified consultants, whose expertise in large and complex projects covers all major disciplines of design and construction.

 

Civil Engineer, Electrical & Computer Engineer, Project Manager

Tasos Stamelos studied Civil Engineering (2000) and Electrical and Computer Engineering (2015) at National Technical University of Athens. He has received an M.Sc. in Construction Economics and Management at University College London (The Bartlett, 2001) and he is currently elaborating his PhD thesis on "Smart Cities" at National Technical University of Athens.

Since 2000, he is a registered professional engineer (member of Technical Chamber of Greece) and opareates as a freelance engineering consultant within Aenarcon.

He has established an excellent track record in delivering complex projects through his ability to recognise key design issues and identify clear engineering solutions.

Olga Rigopoulou studied Architecture (BAhons) in Oxford Brookes University (1999) and continued her studies in architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2004). She has received an MSc in "Environmental Design of Cities and Buildings" from Hellenic Open University (2016).

Since 2004, she is a registered professional engineer (member of Technical Chamber of Greece) and opareates as a freelance engineering consultant within Aenarcon.

She is well known in the industry for her significant contribution to designing innovative buildings and providing architectural solutions combining

Early in her career, worked with famous architects  enhancing their reputation of the profession.

Civil - Structural Engineer

Michail studied Civil Engineering (2001)  at University of Patras, Greece and he is currently elaborating his M.Sc. in Earthquake Engineering and Seismic Resistant Structures .

Since 2002, he is a registered professional engineer (member of Technical Chamber of Greece) and operates as a freelance engineering consultant within Aenarcon.

Michail in over fifteen years of experience has been involved to a large number of projects, from one-story small residence buildings to high-rise commercial buildings.

He is specialized at Structural Analysis and Design of reinforced concrete, steel and composite structures, in high seismicity zones, according to Eurocodes or Greek Building Codes and has a great experience in seismic retrofitting, repair and strengthening of reinforced concrete structures.

 His interest in state-of-the-art structural engineering has led him to design tension structures, facades, long span structures, and temporary buildings as well as more traditional buildings. In the process, he has acquired experience working collaboratively with architects for achieving the optimum result.

Civil Engineer, Real Estate Consultant

and implementing urban development projectsNatasa studied Civil Engineering at National Technical University of Athens (2000).

She has a track record of effective leadership in infrastructure and real estate in public and private sectors. She has specific expertise in project finance and implementing housing development projects.

Surveying Engineer

George Piniotis studied Surveying Engineering at National Technical University of Athens (2000). He has received an M.Sc. in Surveying at University College London (2002) and he is currently elaborating his PhD thesis in the research area of "Structural Health Monitoring" at National Technical University of Athens.

Since 2000, he is a registered professional engineer (member of Technical Chamber of Greece) and operates as a freelance Surveying Engineer within Aenarcon. Since 2007, he works as a Surveying Engineer in the Laboratory of General Geodesy of the School of Rural and Surveying Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens, being involved in Education and in state of the art research projects.  

He has worked on many complex projects covering all aspects of land and building surveying, including projects for the 2004 Olympic Games that took place in Athens-Greece. He has the ability to face every project’s special challenges by introducing innovative 3D-surveying engineering methods stemming from his extensive educational and professional background.

Civil Engineer, Bioclimatic and Environmental Engineer

Giannis studied Civil Engineering at National Technical University of Athens (2000) and he has received an M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering at University College London (The Bartlett, 2002).

Giannis leads design, research and consultancy projects focused on energy and sustainability for the built environment. He has worked for large scale projects emphasizing integration of all engineering disciplines with architectural design and sustainability.

With 13 years of experience in the design and construction industry, Giannis specializes in sustainable technologies and the LEED certification process. He provides sustainability consulting services including master planning, 3rd party certification management  and post occupancy evaluation. His comprehensive knowledge of the LEED rating system has helped projects achieve higher levels of sustainability at minimized extra cost.
